Detective Time Pt 1

Detective Time …

While wandering through a dusty little antique shop in Nebraska (you know the kind—where time stands still and everything smells like a mix of leather, cedar, and good stories), I stumbled upon this gem of a photo labeled simply: “Seminole.” It's an original post card with glue & paper residue, taken (or ripped out) from someone's album.

Now, you know I couldn’t resist.

Look at this scene! Horses and buggies sharing the road with those early motorcars... hats, bustle, and buildings that tell a thousand tales. A time when the town square was where you went to do everything—from banking to gossiping.

Anyone out there from Seminole, Oklahoma or a history buff willing to help play time-travel detective with me?
Can we pinpoint what part of town this might be? Maybe even what year this could’ve been taken?

1920s? 1930s during the oil boom, perhaps? The crowd and hustle sure make me wonder...

Drop your clues, stories, and theories below. Let’s piece together the puzzle of this photo and the life that once buzzed on these Oklahoma streets.
